Blackout should not be in menagerie!

  • To me it wasn't really that bad. I have to admit the Hunted section has become my favorite part of the menagerie.

    • Not saying it is a bad modifier. Just saying it does not work for some of the activities in the menagerie. The riposte is ridiculous with it on, you cant really engage with the ogres unless you have a teammate grabbing its agro some how. The mockery is also quite stupid as the knights mostly just kill you as go to dunk the stolen light. They could just take it out till players have developed more in s7. I don’t think it will be much of a problem in higher light levels.

    • Sorry but if youre asking for nerfs then you arnt that skilled of a player if you cant handle a little difficulty concidering nightfalls etc in d1 was hard as nails compared to most things in d2 in d1 you had no choice in options it was this for the entire week with set perks set for you you had little choice and in d1 before they took extinquish away it was harder where you all die you went back to orbit now its an option we didnt have healing rifts etc we had to rely on skill

    • Or the ground slam could not count as a melee, that might be better and still keep some challenge. On a side note: I'm tired of being killed in the air by GROUND slams. Even if the air blast was strong enough to move you it's not focused enough to hurt you, it be like walking in front of a big fan and it destroying your bones and organs.

    • Agreed the one with the sword is painful the ogres killing you in one shot but that's it that's the only room that's trouble with blackout

        I had some of the most fun I’ve had in a while during blackout yesterday. I was a sentinel code of the commander (banner shield) and we were in the activity where you had to hold the plates. I was with some friends whose average light levels were like 705 I was 720. The treasured knight spawns in and slowly makes his way towards us. We take down like 75% of his health and then I pop my super to try shield my teammates as he gets onto the plate. He slams and kills everyone but me. 5 people in total. I’m still in my super so we start chain reviving and he just kills us in groups of 2 or 3 the second we spawn in until my super runs out and we lose cause time was almost up. It was so funny. And frankly I enjoyed getting my butt kicked. Low light pvp sweaty teammates but still. Also menagerie is the most forgiving activity there is right now. I’m not even sure it’s possible to not get your rewards.

        • I really really despise blackout, all the others modifiers are fine and bearable, blackout on the other hand is unforgiving, good exemple is the riposte section, you NEED the sword to take down ogre shield, but with blackout you swing once or two then you die its stupid stupid. At least add others modifiers like famine, extinguish,momentum, they are there on the NF card, just put them in the rotation no? That way with more choices the blackout will come out less often. What do you think?
