Here comes a rant, beware but feel free to jump into the discussion. I feel like the quality of Video Games are going down. Companies used to be able to produce stellar games that were for the players. Now they are producing games simply for profit. And then when you are about to get a new game that looks like it is made for the players, a corporate overlord screws the game over. Bungie used to be the best known game company for creating Halo. Then they were making Density. It looked truly amazing! Then Activision got involved and screwed it up. Look a Anthem, BioWare was making something special. Then EA screwed it up right before E3. As a 17 year old, I feel like I missed out on the good FPSs. Sure Destiny 2 and Halo 5 can be fun at times, but it feels like they are missing something. So I’ll go and play older games. The OG Halos, SWTFU, any LEGO game, KoTOR. They are so fun. I wish I could have played any of the Bungie Halos at their peak. Does anyone else feel like older games were better? Some may say I have nostalgia clouding my vision but, the first time I played a Bungie Halo was this year. It felt amazing.
