From what I’ve seen... Opulence blows dick, and I totally agree. Busted leveling AGAIN. I thought +1s weren’t supposed to happen until the final 10 power level?? I thought we stated this in a TWAB??

I'm going in around 640 and am getting 690 drops but can't infuse due to the material economy.

According to a few people, you’re not supposed to infuse until you get +10s, so why would they give you those right away? This way, you can make meaningful choices that are...kinda made for you.
