The Eye of Zhaitan led Bopsheezi through the ruins of Orr. Everywhere he looked showed signs of what had once been a great civilization, now destroyed.
“So what are you going to do with me?” Bopsheezi asked.
“I have a very special person I want you to meet,” the Eye said.
They walked (or in the Eye’s case, floated) into a decrepit old castle. Inside was one of the strangest creatures Bopsheezi had ever seen. It looked almost like... a giant mouth.
“This is one of the Mouths of Zhaitan. They feed him and speak for him.”
Bopsheezi approached it cautiously.
“Why did you want to see me?” he asked.
“I have never seen a living creature before, and I couldn’t pass this opportunity up,” it said.
“Well, we’ll be going now,” The Eye said.
“Already?” Bopsheezi asked as he walked out.
Later, the Mouth heard the Eye’s voice in his mind.
“Were you able to capture his voice?” it said.
“Yes”
“Good”

As Acro and Pure Vessel sprinted to the center of the island, Acro got a call on his comm.
“Who is it?” He asked as he pulled it out.
“It’s me, Bopsheezi,” the voice on the other side said.
“Bopsheezi?! You’re alive!”
“Yeah, after I fell out of the boat the Coast Guard found me on the beach. I’ll be helping you with the rest of the mission from here.”
“Can you contact Pyrus And Robo Owl?” Acrocanthus asked.
“I already tried,” Bopsheezi said dolefully. “I couldn’t raise them.”
“Oh. Well, could you do a scan of the island so we know what we’re heading for?”
“I actually already did that. There’s a massive buildup of magic on the far beach, so you might want to go there.”
“Will do! Let’s go.”

Pyrus and Robo Owl sat atop the massive pile of Risen they’d killed.
“Man, that took a while!” Robo Owl said.
“Yeah, it did. Let me check in with Acro,” Pyrus said. “Why isn’t my com working?”
Just then he got a call.
“Hello Pyrus, Robo Owl,” the voice said.
“Bopsheezi! I thought you were dead!” Robo Owl exclaimed.
“Not dead. Right now I’m on the mainland, and I’ll be running tactical for you. Unfortunately, Acrocanthus and Pure Vessel have been compromised, so you’ll have to kill Zhaitan yourselves.”
Pyrus took a deep breath. “Okay, can you tell us where it is?”
“Can you see that mountain in the distance?” Bopsheezi asked.
“Yeah.”
“That’s not a mountain.”
“Oh...”

6 RepliesI didn’t actually read it, but I just want to say, when I saw the title I thought it meant “Orre”, and I was like “IS DAT POKÉMONS!?”. Then it wasn’t, and I was sad. :(
