The tears of the Luna/NF crutch abusers are absolutely delicious!
I have no horse in this race, ima quit this train wreck pretty soon but oh boy Bungie finally did something right. No longer the people that got carried in comp, the game mod that gave solos like myself the mental runs, will have a HC that fires like a machine gun. And they have the audacity to clutter the forums with their crying... smh...

Yeah, especially considering how they always liked to go around telling people they should learn how to use 140 and 150 handcannons because "they can compete". Now their own crutch is getting reduced to a 150 yet they burst in tears lmao. Bunch of hypocrites.

4 RepliesHonestly, I've been laughing my butt off for the past few days. All of the rage posts and whining has to be the most delicious thing I've read on these forums. This nerf is a good thing, and will revivify a stale and withered meta. The guns will still be amazing, but not broken.

I'm not sympathetic at all, simply out of sheer vindictiveness. Bungie removed SBMM, forcing me to battle Luna and NF users. A PvP player of my skill level has no chance against anyone who can even get those miserable implements of destruction, much less learn to use their two-shot kill capabilities. Those players have inflicted seven months of misery and frustration on me and every other below-average Crucible player. Now, it's their turn to be frustrated.

I hear you but i will say 2 things. The first is most folks grinded that shit in a legit fashion. The 2nd is that "nerf" aint much of a nerf. The gun will be even better, more forgiving than before.

I solo grinded Luna 2 seasons ago. And got it. So the people who didn't get carried are pretty upset. Just cuz u r not great in comp is no one else's fault. Bungie needs to learn what balancing means. U don't Nerf guns to balance. You buff the lesser to balance.

Disappointed to see a pc player with this opinion. Ace is much more of a crutch where we play. NF is maybe second or third best and lunas is dreadful.

I mean...i like it in pve so I'm not happy it's getting nerfed. I also don't think changing the archetype AND nerfing magnificent howl to what it's going to be is a good idea either. They could easily have just reduced the effectiveness of the perk, or changed the archetype. Hell, it still having some of the magnificent howl on precision wouldn't be bad because even a 20% damage boost doesn't allow it to 2 tap. It's a stupid and not very well thought out nerf.
