Wow, Player time was so respected today
Spent today grinding competitive in the hopes of reaching Fabled, i managed to hit fabled today and was on the final steps to claiming my first pinnacle weapon....What comes up on the screen?

Due to an exploit, we have temporarily disabled the ability to collect pinnacle weapons'
Are you absolutely kidding me? Not only did i spend ages today trying to get this weapon.... you then remove the method to claim them
This whole exploit was about enhancement cores, but if you actually listened to the community and removed them from infusion people wouldn't have to result to scummy tactics
You really need to start respecting player time more

You’re still getting the gun, I’ve heard that the patch that lets you get it comes out today. Whether cores were in infusion or not, they’d be disabling the ability to pick up the pinnacle weapons with this bug. Don’t know what makes you think otherwise.

I spent hours in Gambit Prime getting reaper synths then spent hours in Reckoning trying to get the T3 boots to complete my set. Didn’t get the boots.

Jesus people will bitch about anything. It's not a lack of respect for your time plus it's been out a while now maybe don't wait to get the extra reset points to get the gun just go in and win one more match....

6 RepliesThey are respecting player time by disabling the ability to claim the weapon. Because the ability to claim the weapon was allowing people to stack hundreds or thousands of cores, which directly devalues the time of all of us that ground like hell to get 17 to masterwork a single weapon. it's an easy fix, it likely won't take long, and you'll get your Recluse as soon as it's out. In the meantime, exploiters won't be able to laugh at your efforts to enhance your items by setting themselves up to do it for free until after D3 launches. Minor inconvenience, preserves the value of your invested time by preventing exploiters from being on easy street..

7 RepliesI LOVE how immediate and FAST they were to stop an exploit on their oh-so-beloved Enhancement Cores....yet it's been literally MONTHS and they've still done nothing to address the REAL ISSUE: Enhancement Cores and Infusion costs. Freaking amazes me.

Im pretty sure you can claim it, but first you have to log out and log back on to your character. Iv'e had to do that for every pinnacle weapon ive gotten so far.

Relax. They’ll get around to fixing it someday. When they do you can play with your new gun. Until then just continue playing the same mindless, repetitive, content you’ve been playing for over 6 months. Have fun while doing it.

2 RepliesThe thing that was removed was claiming them from collections. You can still get the free one from fabled, you just either have to play another comp game (win or lose) or restart the game.

6 RepliesLook how quick they “fix” their stubborn shite like cores and loot glitches. Then - Look how slow they are to address actual game breaking mechanics like eye mask and balance changes . It’s actually funny. If they thought it out or were not so stubborn and obstinate over cores this wouldn’t even be an issue.

Then people can get them, Bungie keeps it's Pride UP because they shut down a player exploit to make Bungies precious Viagra Cores and the Forums are more focussed on Bungie lack of content instead of their Draconian idiotic and short sighted way they handle things. So why are we here Bungie? Are your people that inept? Can none of them think their way out of a paper Bag? Or are have you moved all the "Smart" inventive people to your $100 million NetEase new game IP?
