Let’s compile a list of lore books that we as a community want to see in game:
As the title states. So lets do this. [b]also just in case anyone things any of these are real; they’re not. This is just us being somewhat creative[/b]
Ok so here are the ones I wanna see (and how they are obtained):
Devrim’s journals - journals from Devrim’s Malitia days (obtained by doing flashpoint adventures in the EDZ)
Sloanes combat reports - Sloane details during the Red War campaign that she has fought on many battlefields. Let’s get some combat reports available to flesh out those stories. (Obtained by doing flashpoint adventures on Titan)
Radiolaria - the recounts of Asher Mir’s Vex studies that aim to enhance people’s knowledge on the vex. (Obtained by doing flashpoint adventures on Io)
Captain’s Logs - the full Captain’s log between departure of Earth in the Exodus Black, and his leaving the Exodus Black before he goes for the array. (Obtained by doing flashpoint adventures on Nessus)
Teachings of the Cult - this would be pages dedicated to the interpretations from Vance’s understanding of Osiris’ teachings (Obtained by doing flashpoint adventures on Mercury)
The Ghostly Gunslinger - better retelling of the story of Ana Bray, incorporates before her disappearance and ends a little after the events of Warmind. It would also incorporate a better retelling of the comics. (Obtained by doing flashpoint adventures in the Hellas Basin)
Lords of Iron - tales of the Iron Lords. Stories from before the city and gives us more of an idea as to what each one was like. An ark of three pages for each of the ten main lords. (Obtained by doing missions in the Heroic story playlist)
Dreg of a thousand arms - a journal written by a dreg of house exile. Would tell the tale from before the whirlwind to after forsaken (Obtained by getting Fallen kills)
Tablets of Ruin - details what Oryx wrote on the Tablets of Ruin. (Obtained by killing hive on the dreadnaught ([b]obviously requires the dreadnaught to be added in game[/b])
Redjacks - combat reports from the redjacks. Similar to those in D1’s grimoire. (Obtained by collecting lore items located in private matches for each crucible map)

I'd love to know more about Sloane & Devrim. I'd also like to see some lore on different groups, like the Thanatonauts, the Titan orders, etc. We already have stuff on the Praxic Order, so why not flesh out some of these other groups?

Tolands journals, our ghosts has them, confirmed with the mission where you steal a crystal that contained crotas soul. So why not ad those, we could get bad juju again as well.

Honestly, I’d love to see more on Sjur Eido. I’ve been toting around Wish-Ender quite a bit and think she’s a great character with a lot of mystery.

Toland's research. Life in the Dark Age. Early City Age. Stuff like this would be interesting...if they did it right.

More about Cabal culture, I hope this comes in penumbra. Vanilla D2 was a wasted opportunity to give us so much more lore about the Cabal that we didn’t get in D1
