Self explanatory. Also with the alliance quest we get to meet aunor if you side with the vanguard, so it makes me wonder is she gonna try to kill us if we side drifter?

I feel so awkward. Every response gives such in depth reasoning. I clicked on the Vanguard cuz when I heard the dialogue between my ghost and the Drifter at the end of the Prison of Elders strike I decided I was done with both of them... So much cringe. Personally I don't like either side though... I side with Shaxx, he gave me the Suros Regime.

My titans with the vanguard, warlock is with the drifter. My hunter is collecting dust, got so bored of playing hunter.

Vanguard is in ruin since Cayde was killed. Zavala is a shell of his former self, and Ikora? The "I should've tried" quote was the last straw for me. She's completely lost her mojo. The Vanguard as a whole is just depressing to be around these days. I dread collecting her weekly bounty as I gotta listen to her prattle on about feelings and shiz. Aunor comes over as an "end justifies the means" sociopath operating under the guise of doing the right thing. Do not question her ideals. It's her way or the highway it seems. Drifter questions everything, but still seems generally more accepting of everyone. He even states that he doesn't mind paying the snitch Guardians to play Gambit along as they're collecting motes. Plus I gotta hang out with these peeps after missions...."Traveller Yoga" with Aunor (You better do it right or you'll make her naughty list) or "Whiskey drinking" with Drifter?

3 RepliesZavala is such a coward, I like Ikora but she does everything Zavala commands without asking questions too. Cayde-6 deserved a much better fireteam, starting from the point their fireteam was not even with him when he died. The vanguard is just like a religion based group worshiping a giant machine they don't even understand yet.

They’re two supernatural forces that exist. What’s good and what’s evil? It’s quite an irrelevant question to me; good and evil is determined by perspectives. Not by supernatural forces that calls itself the light and the dark. Nothing is truly inherently evil. I believe the darkness could used for good. For the travelers sake, and ultimately humanity.

3 RepliesOkay, I've been sitting here in front off my xbox for 30 minutes now, and I've made my decision for my main. I love my warlock, and when she was first created the *very* first day, she was glorious. Magnificent. And yet, I found that she seemed to be drawn towards the teachings of Osiris, Ulan-Tan, Shin Malphur, and Toland. My Warlock loved her exotics of praxic fire, yet wielded the terrifying Weapons of Sorrow: Thorn, Red Death, Bad Juju--she balances both sides. You can't have light without dark, unless you remove all obstacles. This isn't the way, but instead a balancing act of peace. She is by no means evil, or dark--but I believe the Drifter's Gambit is siding with Shin Malphur, The Man himself. My alt, my titan boy, he will side with the Vanguard. He shall follow in the peaceful ways of Zavala post Red War. There cannot be a war internally while there are external threats we must prepare for. I just hope that Ikora can forgive my lovely warlock. She forgave Osiris, her former master--perhaps her close apprentice can be forgiven for wavering--never straying across the line.

12 RepliesI am siding with the Vanguard, not the Praxic Order. The Vanguard seems a bit paranoid, sure, but Aunor is just a extremest dick. Also I don’t like Gambit so there’s no way I am siding with Drifter.
