2 hours later and I finally killed the giant turtle in FFXV.
The last trophy I needed to get the platinum. That wasn't even the most annoying trophy to get. Leveling up survival to level 10 was so bad. Just level 9 to 10 took 5 hours....

2 RepliesHave you killed Penance in FFX? I never owned the version of the game that had it but from what I've seen on vids, its a rough fight. Without Yojimbo, the quickest fight I've seen was 45 minutes without restarting.

4 RepliesThat fight is as boring as watching paint dry, compared to the ones in Final Fantasy XIII. While there is still a purpose for killing it again and again (Even with the all powerful death ring), I just don't get why it was made this way.

1 ReplyI know the pain. I’ve gotten every achievement for that game except DLC-related achievements that require me to grind something out (or is Comrades-related. Haven’t really touched that DLC). The Adamantoise fight took me about 3.5 hours of non-stop slashing, even with Limit Break Impulses and whatnot thrown into the mix as well.
