I just think that there should be things in all games that are hard to get and not for every player to be able to achieve easily. I can't remember people moaning about the thorn quest back in d1 which was considerably harder than TLW. I bet almost a million pounds that if you really put your mind to it, used a scout rifle, stayed back, went on the forums and got a strong team, got in the party and had good comms you would get it. You don't even need kills, just damage the enemy then run, let your team mates get the kill. It's massively achievable, easier for some, harder for others but doable if you put your mind to it
