I’m sorry to point this out, but your overall k/d is 0.8.
Luna would not help you that much. It destroys in its optimal range, but you do need to hit your shots or it’s mediocre.
There are many things you can do to improve your game. If you are willing to do this, practice, and work for it, a worthy reward awaits.

Edited by PJ5: 2/3/2019 4:07:31 AMI stated in my second post that I am not trying to get these weapons, I play d2 for pve unless it’s necessary. I was simply posting my opinions on the situation. As I also mentioned in my second post I have to reiterate that bungie giving the finger to pvp players that aren’t “very good” by not having much of a chance against weapons that only “skilled” players can get (let’s forget about even earning them but just trying to play pvp in general against these people) is a very bad business decision and a terrible way to design a game if they want a high player count.

In order to play comp people want a worthy reward. Difficult to do that if it does not shine in some way.

Edited by PJ5: 2/3/2019 4:03:31 AMI agree there should be a great reward, trials had some nice rewards that were fair to everyone else but that got canned. it’s just that the comp rewards are too good compared to the weapons that everyone else can use, and bungie made bad game design choices and has terrible matchmaking that make completing the quest steps difficult for the average person so they could acquire this reward. The situation really is between a rock and a hard place and both sides are angry, I have no idea how bungie will fix the mess they’ve made.

Recently the matchmaking was improved, but it now takes longer. I think the solution is to gradually release more pewerful weapons that are more easily attainable by everyone. That being said, the Luna is nice, but there is a definite range that it shines in. Outside of that it’s easily outplayed by pulse rifles or scouts, which were just buffed.

Edited by PJ5: 2/3/2019 4:35:00 AMBungie did make an improvement but they need to learn for example, from overwatches matchmaking. Put stacks against stacks first or try to fill in two stacks of two with a four stack etc. problem is the player count may not be high enough for that due to the damage already done. Weapons getting buffed or having better perks would be a great way to help the situation as well I agree. It should have never taken so long for matchmaking in comp to be partially fixed or for a meta shakeup. Personally I think you won’t find a good overhaul of pvp until d3, but even then I don’t know if bungie will learn from their past mistakes.
