Anthem can't get here fas enough. This will be so nice when it comes out because this is going to be a game that is not going to be stupidly conflicted trying to balance for PVP and PVE. Also this is a game that's not gonna be forcing you to go into crucible to complete any type of bounties. It will actually be a nice Co-Op game where you're not forced to do "content" you do not want to do.
I know a bunch of the crucible sympathetic people will say "you're not being forced into crucible obviously if you don't want to do crucible you don't need the item". You are partially correct, but realistically it's a pursuit that people will want to complete and why should people be punished for not wanting to do crucible? Either way when Anthem comes out you all will have your crucible game and the pve players will have their game.
Bungie I can't be completely horrible against you you did make a nice game but you are struggling hard to balance the game out for both people. Nerfing here and there because people complain about something being too powerful in the crucible (but you've never nerfed colony, you never nerfed strikers, but you will nerf voidwalkers). Introducing new things in the game that are terribly broken (Jotünn, and lets not forget trace rifles in general). Constantly these GRINDS where death hurts your progression.

Played demo last night and really enjoyed it. Matchmaking was done very well, open world free roam looks outrageously awesome, enemies are varied a lot and being able to select difficulty for each activity is really nice. I was worried about third person gun play but not after the demo. It's done well and gives you a better view of the area and your character. Mobility is outstanding. Flying and hovering as well as fast running and dodging adds a lot of fun factor and strategy. Loot and crafting is my favorite so far. A wide variety of weapons, grenades and upgrades. I found a weapon I liked and was able to craft a higher level version of it with different stats. The stronghold boss encounter with the large spider was really cool. It's what a boss or raid encounter should be. Big bad guy, lots of adds, no puzzle nonsense or over complicated mechanics. I suspect we only got to see a very small portion of the game and I look forward to the rest of it. Just based on demo, I'd give the game an 8 out of 10.

2 RepliesIt's going to be great. I can't wait to sit at a load screen for 3 hours.

1 ReplyThe demo is finally live and it’s real good. I’m so pleased with it. No bugs or server issues today.

17 RepliesMan, when Anthem comes out, with its atrocious frame rate, lack of endgame, and $20 micro transactions, it’ll be a real treat to see all these -blam!-ers come crawling back to suck Bungies dick. Have fun buying a game from a publisher known to -blam!-over its players

Bye Felicia.

Yes, I will enjoy it. It's been awhile since I've played another game. In playing the demo, I also realized how much I'm just going through the motions in playing Destiny, maybe it's just habit. I am genuinely excited about Anthem. The question is how long will that last.

No, some of use are not rejoicing.

15 RepliesEdited by TheShadow-cali: 1/30/2019 1:55:43 PMEdit: I'm expecting the numbers to drop with Anthem and then there is Division so more will drop. Bungie has their road already mapped out and it's not looking good at all for the rest of this year. They think talking about Snipers is more important than the rest of this games in-game content that majorly lacks replayability and that is what will cause the player base to drop.

6 RepliesEdited by Mr. Cone: 1/31/2019 5:27:22 PMAs much as I like Anthem's Gameplay, I'm going to let it sit for a few weeks on the shelf before I invest/buy into the game. It has nothing to do with EA, Endgame, or any of that hubbub. I think Anthem has a good chance at being a decent game, but I think it also has a lot to lose as well if things don't go to plan. So I'm going to take a miss and wait for critical reviews of the game so I can make an informed decision.

Anthem has literally no content.... replay missions and explore the over world, that's it. Maybe a few strikes here and there but nothing special.
-
2 RepliesAnd once you've completed the main story/campaign, you can do what exactly? Unless they plan on releasing new content every month it's going to get stale very quickly. It's also 3rd person, which sucks for a FPS game. I'm keeping my expectations low so I won't be too disappointed.

22 RepliesLol no......stop giveing EA money. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IKs4d5oj04

Did you play the demo? More loading time than Destiny.
-
2 RepliesLmao. Did you play the Demo? I did and it was a disaster. Plus EA has already stated that the real game will be a lot different than the demo. (And not in a good way) EA is known for screwing over their playerbase.

4 RepliesBiggest thing i saw scrolling through this post 1) destiny fans saying how the anthem demo was shit with no endgame and shitty connections. Well first off, you do not know the endgame from the -blam!-in demo 2) servers were overloaded since a shit ton of people wanted to play.

6 RepliesEdited by lCertifiedl: 1/30/2019 12:19:38 PMHaving no PvP means a much more diverse and PvE focussed sandbox, classes, ability's, perks, diversity as you don't need any form of balance, so suits what I'm after so will play it, PvP hinders destiny more than it does good In my eyes. But saying Anthem will kill destiny is false from my perspective, destiny has some good traits that players will come back for. Anthem needs to prove it has any form of legs before I make a decision, if it was borderlands 3 then I'd expect a mass exodus of destiny played to that as it's a similar formula but much more in depth. Power and balance just don't work in a PvE focussed shooter like destiny and never will, hence why a small portion of the game (PvP) makes huge waves.

LMAO... Have fun with EA... Don’t let the door hit you on the way out! I can’t have my knob smelling like 💩! 😈

Lmaooo anthem.. With that demo lol

Played it was awesome going to play again tomorrow i been playing destiny 2 to 3 years and not alot has changed so anthem is a refreshing change . -blam!- ea, bioware is still a great studio the -blam!-ed once ,so tell me in your life time how many times have you made mistakes we are all human beings and we all -blam!- up. Ps how many times has bungie screwed us as players I've lost count,SEASON PASS ABSOLUTE SHITE THROTTLING XP, EVERVRSE ,lame expasions (Curse of Osiris ) ,paying money for shaders and of course the -blam!-ing lies they have spouted out, that why you dont see luke lardy boy smith in the spot light ( me personnely i think he was the fall guy) . Anthem was great and it was a beta not a demo , just play it tomorrow and see for yourself . Peace out

Watch this game die lol PVE is the whole bases of destiny
