And they blew it by putting out a demo that you can't even play. Just freezes on the first loading screen. Well, I uninstalled that crap and ain't looking back.

I will say it again. People today are used to betas and such basically being the full game, but only used for network tests. The demo was an old build of a game that isn't out yet. They JUST had the alpha in December.

That’s your choice. Not what I was expecting either. Actually a red flag for me with launch just over 3 weeks away. There’s a lot of polishing this game needs to warrant the AAA purchase price.

Oh, it did have issues, but I liked it a lot. Took some patience to finally play it, but I thought it was well worth it. Even with all the loading problems, I had more fun with this game than anything I have played recently.

20 RepliesMust be great to pay 60+ bucks early for something you don't get to play. And sure, they apologized, but that doesn't change that you miss out on a third of what you were promised. Unlike what tons of people like to think, games are a product, not a privilege. If they can't deliver, they shouldn't be excused.
