A friend gifted me a digital copy of Destiny 2, but everytime I play the game it causes my computer to crash. I've already contacted Blizzard, Activision, and Bungie support to help resolve the issue, but after troubleshooting with all the them the issue has persisted. Since the game is unplayable I would like to get a refund for my friend.

2 RepliesSince hundreds of thousands of players are playing on PC daily without issues, I'd say that the problem here is your PC, not the game. I'd suggest troubleshooting rather than calling for a refund (good luck there, by the way...)

I would like to get a refund for my friend
Bungie didn't sell your friend or you the game. Bungie is not a retailer. Bungie is a developer. If you want a refund, then contact Blizzard because Blizzard sold you the game.

Bungie didn't sell me the game, but Blizzard is refusing a refund citing a policy by Bungie, so if anything they could communicate with Blizzard to give me a refund that would be great
