90% of the posts are about 1k voices rate
I have opened 43 chests (3/2 riven and one heart every week) and still havent gotten the gun, and yes i do have 29 base completions but there are people that have done a lot more runs and still havent gotten the 1k voices.
Bungie the community is furious plaese listen to us this one time
Suggestion: "smart loot" every time you dont get it the next time will have more chances maybe increse it by 2.5 percent (7.5 total every week)
Or give it after a high ammount of chests opened *not completions because you can farm completions*
