Ice Cube- Everythang's Corrupt or Meek Mill- Championship imo
Lol pretty recent choices. Championship is the better of the two imo. As for my AotY probably KSG, iridescence, or Astroworld. Iridescence was really emotional. Astroworld is definitely gonna be seen as influential and impactful in the future. And KSG has a fair bit of both.

Clutch - Book of Bad Decisions.

Hmm... Probably Vale from Black Veil Brides back in January. Though I live under a metaphorical rock when it comes to music, so I may miss other albums by artists that I like.

Logic - YSIV

Judas Priest’s Firepower album really impressed me, it’s a fantastic album that starts strong and only gets better.

Idk, maybe Janelle Monae - Dirty Computer. Looking now through the albums that came out this year that I *should* have listened to (Tha Carter V, Tranquility Base Something Something)... I definitely have not listened to most of them lol

Edited by Upperclass Bum: 12/13/2018 12:29:35 AMTo be perfectly honest, there were too many releases for me to really just pick one, but I'm going with this simply 'cause out of new releases from artists and bands I never heard of, this stands out the most in terms of uniqueness. Plus I mean, the album is free on Bandcamp, so that's a bonus. I was hyped for Denzel Curry's Taboo and thought that was going to be my aoty, but it's kinda meh. Edit: somehow managed to forget Planet Silver Screen was a thing. Definitely that.

Sadistik's "Salo Sessions 2" - which was more of an EP. As was Genesis Elijah's "It Will All End In Tears". Or NINE's "King".
