Wrong...sorry but if you believe that you haven't been paying attention. I was Lvl 600, used my Sleeper to do thunderlord quest. My sleeper was about 590ish ot dropped me to 599 after alreadyvcapping out. Thunderlord dropped at 599. Did it on on my 600 hunter, didnt lower light lvl an it dropped a 600..... Change your weapons always have the highest light on when turning in bounties or quests.

At cap powerful rewards always drop in a range of 3 ie 597-600, that isn’t new. My titan, whose highest piece is 578, gets powerful rewards at 587 without transferring a weapon. And it was in the patch notes as well as the TWAB (around the launch of Warmind I believe) but you’re right, I must be an idiot because your personal confusion trumps fact. Well done jumping to insults because I’m attempting to stem the tide of your misinformation.

Did i insult you, hmmmm let me re-read what i wrote...hmmm, nope merely stated you were wrong an haven't been paying attention. So quick to get offended, Oh god i love these forums. If that gets your panties in a twist I'd hate to see what would happen if I actually tried to hurt your fefes. Heres the deal, if im 600 light it all drops at 600, if im less than 600 it drops lower....An not just within a +/- 3 points but tied directly to my power level.
