Every Quickplay match I’ve played has had this or Not Forgotten on opposition, not to mention those using it general teleport all over the place or shoot you round corners so no guesses how they got them...

1 ReplyTo everyone in here saying Lunas Howl isn't OP why then does an entire team that is losing in PVP all switch to that gun if they have it? I usually only encounter it after a team is losing pretty bad then at least 3-4 people on the opposite team switch to it and they come back and win. That's about a 60% outcome in matches I've played. Over the last month. I've noticed its a two shot kill. That and dust and rocks so tired of see those two guns.

I don’t have the Luna’s, but I disagree with this because the Luna’s howl is a pinnacle weapon afaik. I do however think that people with the Luna’s shouldn’t be matched up with level 20s etc though, purely because a level 20 will have no weapons capable of beating a Luna’s unless they are really good or really lucky with drops. This gives off a very bad impression to people who might be interested in pvp, and turn them away from it.

I have it and i get killed more by pulses and shotties than other lunas or nf. It’s a good gun but it’s easy to counter if you’re aware that others may be wielding it, the same goes for shotties and fusions

I didnt grind for it because I dont care to use HC's in crucible but with that said I very rarely die to Luna's Howl. In fact, I usually outgun must Luna's users with which ever weapon I'm using at the time. It seems like the majority of Luna's Howl players earned it by just slamming their heads into a wall for weeks, match after match just rolling the RNG Dice hoping to get a beneficial enemy team placement for that next win to finally get to 2100 instead of just being good enough to earn it super easily, resulting in them not even being able to use it that well because they are average players. Also, please dont take this the wrong way. Regardless of how well you perform in the crucible, if you got the gun easily or through sweat and blood, you deserve it as much as anyone else. I'm merely stating that the people who earned it quickly and easily will probably be much better with it and these players are rare. Without trying to be rude OP, perhaps you should improve your crucible awareness and swap weapons according to map and enemy loadouts?

It's a hand cannon with training wheels. You can counter that gun with anything.

You seem like a below average PvPer so maybe instead of trying to ship off the the Luna’s Howl users (They’re counterable by plenty of weapons btw) you practice and improve your own game

LoL, once you have it youll see that its not so op. A bygones, bows, ace and many other weapons can be just as effective.
