Stacks are breaking competitive play Edit: People shouldn't be able to play with people a substantially lower rank than them.
I know that there are already too many people complaining about the state of the crucible on these forums, but I have had enough of going up against people way above my rank because they are grouped up in a four stack of people at my rank. The worst part is that this could be easily solved if Bungie just made it so that everyone in a stack had to be at a similar rank to play with eachother, but it isn't that way, so people can get easy comp wins if they just play with someone lower ranked than them.
Edit: I am not saying I have a problem with stacks as a whole, I am saying that when I have to fight someone in legend when I am at fabled just because they are in a stack of fabled players that there is a clear issue.
Edit again: Multiple people have said that I am just whining because I'm not good at the game, so one, please read the post and make a point on that rather than reading the title and immediately making a judgement off of that, two, I have gone to the lighthouse in d1, and gone flawless in d2, and I have gotten my Lunas howl, none of which someone who sucks at the game would be able to do.

I agree with that second part. As someone who got up to legend last season, it wasn't fun for either side when our 5k team matched 4 solos with an average of 1200

The problem isn't playing against four stacks The problem is playing four stacks with dipshit thumbless randoms. Apparently nobody else with a KD over .8 plays Comp solo.

I wonder, if on the Battlefield, COD or other FPS boards, people sook and moan about teams playing as team, in a game that has elements best enjoyed as a team.

people don't understand what rank is. rank does not have anything to do with skill level, having a high or low rank still does not indicate skill. even having a Luna does not indicate skill with as many Luna users that can't hit the planet Earth with one. (not to mention carries and account recoveries) the "stacked" team complaint is asinine as well, there is no such thing as a stacked team. there are people playing the game that is all. "Stacked" would imply advantage, IE: professional players, being in said team gives them magic buff that makes solos die by looking, something of this sort. the only perceived advantage is communication, to which every player has the same access.

I for some reason last season got matched against 5500’s at 3600 in a 2 stack and my buddy was 3700, and get this, we get a 348 and a -blam!-ing 0. My 0 glory guy literally did 91 damage after 7 rounds of countdown, by throwing an arc bolt at the ground. We fought 3 5500’s and a 2100. Sick matchmaking

What is breaking crucible is countdown and control, and after update 90% of the time is one of those modes, why can we just have clash or survival more often
