Teletso heavy
Bungie you need to move teletso back to the heavy slot so that it can not be spammed as bad.

Of course Bungie just listen to PVP user that's why they make Y1 D2 Turned out to be disaster. We in PVE already suffer to have 1 rocket per mag...make us wasting our age to reload it. All because PVP balancing idiocracy.
