In the collections screen for items it usually has a source for each item (I.e. how to collect the item), however there is no source for this emblem. I heard that it is a random drop from any sort of activity in the game, not just activities regarding the dreaming city. I am attempting to get this emblem as it is the last item I need to obtain the dreaming city badge. I was wondering if anyone has managed to obtain this emblem yet, and if so then how?
