I can do everything but dismantle weapons and armor . It’s started last week and then it would let me and it stopped again . So now I have everything maxed out in the vault and at the post. It will let me get bounties but it won’t tell me what the bounties are. I can’t do the material exchange with spider. I read where people had a similar problem and it was the controller so I tried a brand new controller and that didn’t help. I that it was a glitch and it would be fix but I haven’t seen anyone else complain about it
