I wouldn’t be surprised. Didn’t most of the D1 Lore point to Rasputin knocking the Traveler’s Lights out with a few nukes? I’m sure that some Awoken Space Magic would do the trick too. As far as the issue with the Dreadnaught, that thing was actually armed with the ability to project Oryx’s throneworld outward in a colossal wave of -blam!-. All I’ve come to understand is that the Traveler is capable of growing flowers. That’s it.
