I have a grievance..!

Yesterday I managed to complete my 5000 xp weekly for my clan but when I spoke to hawthorn there was nothing to retrieve yet hovering over her icon with the map marker it tells me to speak to her to claim my reward, now ots back to 0 xp. Is there a chance I can get my reward..... please.?

Maybe another bounty like the other guy said would work, unless you finished it just before the reset and went back to tower after the reset. In that case nothing you can do except do it all over again.
