The lore states that he was with one of the fireteams who was in wraith of the Machine? Is he a newer guardian? Like did he rise before or after us?

I dont think he was revived after us, I feel we just havent heard as much from him, probably because he spends the majority of his time racing sparrows and tinkering with equipment. I suspect he has only just started to stand out as an exceptional hunter in the lore.
