So this build was inspired by @SpicyCurryO_O, In my last forum thread he mentioned the Gemini Jester exotic hunter leg armor, which i completely forgot even existed in the game. But basically what you're going to be using it for is to annoy the sh*t out of players in PvP. Dodging disorients nearby enemies... and pairing that with arcstriders bottom tree perk disorienting blow, and a concusion grenade launcher, you will be annoying everyone til their last nerve bursts and the ultimately uninstall the game, thank him for the inspiration :)
