Very well written and expressed. I totally agree with all points. The longer grind to find the perfect RNG generated weapons and armor is grind enough. Being gimped by a resource that so rare you either need to farm 10 hours a day just for a couple, or exploit a system with cheats, is just not fulfilling or rewarding.
