Problem with the Sleeper Simulant Quest in Warmind

I just spent a number of hours farming Resonate Stems and now I don't seem to be able to combine them. When I hover over the thumbnail there is no combine button available. Is my system glitched or is it a system problem?

Nascent dawn quest causes this. Complete whatever step for it and you should be good

Do you have an override frequency? If so you cant combine any more resonate stems until you open the node with the override.
