Can't Redeem Forsaken Pre-Order Code From Gamestop (PS4)
Just picked up my pre-order code from Gamestop for Forsaken. When I try to redeem it, I receive the message
"The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entry. (WC-40371-5)"
Any advice?
It worked for my roommate.

1 ReplyYou'll need to contact Gamestop concerning a non-working code. Pre-order codes are currently usable and will enable the use of Cayde's Stash when Forsaken releases, so if your code isn't working, they need to replace it. If Gamestop tries to send you here or tells you to talk to Bungie about it, kindly ask to speak to a person above whoever you're talking to, as Bungie does absolutely nothing with licenses or codes, and Bungie cannot and will not replace lost/stolen/non-working/expired codes. That's entirely and completely on the retailer.

2 RepliesThe pre-order bonus code should work when Forsaken goes live tomorrow. I'm also having the same issue and that's what they said. I'm not sure why the actual Forsaken code isn't working. You'll have to contact your retailer for help.

3 RepliesFrom what I understand, the Gamestop pre order codes just give you PSN store credit which you then use to purchase Forsaken. Its possible that you need to enter the code in a different place instead of the Forsaken store page.
