The effect is useless and outclassed by every other hunter exotic in the game. Seriously Bungie, in D1 they were my go to and now they sit in the vault never to be used in any situation.

They're great for close range weapons & builds, but Bungie should start putting some intrinsic mod perks on exotics.
-
3 RepliesThey are definitely PvE exotics; a guaranteed reload on melee, kill or not, is great when used with the right loadout. In PvP, they aren't poop, but highly situational and there's other gear that would do you better.

3 RepliesEdited by SlingshotNerd: 6/25/2018 3:09:27 AMYou think that's bad? Try using the Warlock exotic: Winter's Guile, increased melee damage on melee kill, slight problem tho and it's the reason I'd rather shuck on some cabal sacks than use that piece of shit. The damage increase only lasts 5 seconds and it stacks up to 5 times which means each stack gives you a small percentage of bonus damage. This shit is utterly useless in pvp and is overshadowed by every other Warlock exotic in pve

I miss my double smoke nades, these suck compared to the ones in destiny 1

I was so excited when I got them from an engram...then I saw the perk. Absolute garbage exotic now. Would have been nice to have them back to compete with wormhusk in pvp.

1 ReplyThe the Ammo granted dealt bonus damage.... that would make these things deadly and enticing.

It's a neat effect, but it really needs something else to go with it. Maybe energy weapon kills recharging your melee ability?
-
I find them extremely useful, especially when I have better devils or the sleeper equipped.

3 RepliesSurprise! Another hunter crying for buffs.
-
9 RepliesThese have to be one of the dumbest most useless exotics in the game. When would I ever want to use these? I dismantled them without a second thought.
-
12 RepliesI use them constantly in PvE. I find they are absolutely great
-
12 RepliesThe Grasps are great for melee focused builds. Never stop dealing damage.

2 RepliesEvery time you ask, Bungie delays
