If you're getting extremely long load times between flying in and loading in or when syncing, and your hard drive and computer are up to loading and displaying the loaded data fast, and you're 100% sure your SSD isn't failing, then your issue may be your connection. Just in case, I'd suggest running a repair just to insure no files are corrupted in your installation that might cause such a problem. Your internet speed factors very little into the scheme of things with Destiny. Stability and quality are more important than the speed for Destiny, as if there are hiccups during transmission of data, it can extend the time it takes to sync (which is pretty much what those freezing and loading bits are, you syncing with the data/players of the area you're going into). I'm on console and run just fine on 4down/.67up, I wouldn't imagine that the bandwidth usage increased any for PC players. So, that being said, while you're actually playing Destiny 2 (I'd suggest starting an activity where you've experienced these issues before [but make sure you're not in crucible]) contacting your ISP so they can run a test on your line to see if they notice any problems. If they detect no issues, and you've already tried deleting the , then you may want to uninstall and then reinstall. After that, if you're still having the issue, then most likely there's an area outside of your ISP's connection zone where you're having a hiccup in connection and it's out of your control. If that's the case, your only option is to live with the issue you're having.
