Not unfair at all. You create a group and let them know you’ll need to leave. I don’t care if there’s a quick change of players after a checkpoint.
I have 3 kids and a life, so well aware that not everyone can sit glued to the screen for hours at a time 😊

Yes, there are lots of players that have jobs, wives, kids, myself included. If I was to tell a group I would leave after a checkpoint, it would be very likely I would be kicked prior to the raid starting, replaced by someone who is available beginning to end. I can say, as someone who plays trials most weekends, I prefer the player that can play the whole card. It takes time to find people (especially with the dying playerbase) and I don't have to sit around waiting for someone else to join.
