If the price tag was reduced ever so slightly and I watch a full gameplay trailer, view the weapon system, TTK change, and no bullshit occurs, then just MAYBE I could swallow it down.... Cause getting shit on multiple times is not fun. Otherwise, it’s Red Dead Redemption 2

Destiny 2 was on sale with warmind expansion release! Seems to me pre orders are down, on that note, just don’t pre order and wait for the inevitable sale! That’s how I’m treating games from this publisher in future! The game is good now but still has a major flaw with bringing players together in game, or more to the point, communication and options with queues and game modes! After the escapade in the raid last night with the three ransoms from lfg I now feel that the trolling is forced without no avenue for escape or avoidance, on that note, I’ll not even buy the next DLC or future Destiny until those issues are resolved, lack off communication isn’t online friendly and Bungie need to remember its a console game ‘plug and play’, idiots!

It's cost you 38 cents for every hour you've played D2.

I’m all for this. It’s not about the cost of it, $40 is a drop in the bucket. It’s has and always will be about the quality of product we’re buying. This last year has been pathetic. Why they needed to destroy everything that made Destiny “Destiny” just blows my mind. Destiny was in such a golden places the day before Ghaul arrived and much like him destroying all our stuff Bungie came in and simply decided to join him and destroy their game. I played the hell out of the three years of Destiny but 2 just felt like a kick in the nuts after a few months. I made sure to get my monies worth but FFS it was and has been rather pathetic and is just not enjoyable. I just don’t understand why so many people are so quick to jump on the train when they’ve already shown they don’t have a clue about wtf it is they’re doing. Well, they have a clue, it’s about draining as much $ as they can from their consumers while producing half ass products then “letting” their community pay for Bungie to add little things that they removed along the way while adding a little flash as if I would cover it up. Well, for some of you they were able to slap a fresh coat of gold paint on their terdnugget that is D2 and have you kiddos ready to throw that money at the screen. [i]-“A fool and his money are easily parted”[/i] -Bungie’s favorite quote when thinking about their fan base.

The price wasnt redicious, they showed you everything in the reveal and you and everyone else wen out and bought CoO, you would have played the game a whole year by September, all those hrs in playtime, money well spent to me.

Mind you that season pass and D2 as a whole has more content than D1 and its first two dlc.

And how would you explain that to the people that are new to the game?

The jokes on you, not only is there a not a discount, both DLCs are required to play forsaken lol.

Destiny 2 has been sold for as low as $9.95 and is currently $14.80 on Amazon or $39.59 for game and expansion pass. Patience will get you that discount.

Free or bust, man. Stop compromising with bungie's greed. They'll only push the limits on what they can pull further and further.

So looking at the trailer from an objective point of view. You will see that they are changing the menu, adding another menu for "collections" and "lore". They are doing different supers and guns, and that's all nice and fine but, my problem with Destiny 2 was never the mechanics. Sure they released a game that felt halfway done, pinned on 2 DLC to it that should have just been part of the initial game and called it good. Now.. and I want to stress that NOW, after a year they finally have the "feedback" they need from players? Since day one the players have been begging Bungie not to bend them over like they have been. Dear Bungie, Stop -blam!- our wallets. The world looks good... congratulations. But there is no actual lore. You guys have created something so amazing to look at, with so many beautiful things inside this world, but they have no soul. No LORE. No story. It feels like every time you try to tell a story you knuckleheads give up a quarter of the way through. Then decide to fill the rest of the "content" with repetitive missions to unlock more "content". It's just busy work lets be real. I won't be buying the Forsaken DLC. These are changes that should have been patched. If you take away the added mechanics, you leave us with a new PvP mode and a raid. That's all.
