Some gamers will say you are trying to "force your opinion" on them and you have no right to do that. Not that you are but they will try to use that as a legit argument and say "you are wrong". All Bungie has left going for them at this point is hype to try to suck in new gamers. Tell me something, knowing Bungie's new contract. How much effort does anyone really think they will put into this game knowing it's going on a year later and they barley done anything to actually "improve" this game? Edit: Whoops, almost forgot. When is a mod moving this to feedback so it stops trending. You know, because telling the truth must stop and it needs to get buried...

3 RepliesIf they wanna waste their money, let them do it. Expecting a company, any company to show you the bad parts about their product is extremely naive. That's not how business works. That being said, just because you spend money on something because you THINK it looks cool DOESN'T ENSURE you will like the product. You are not entitled to dictate company policy just because you spent money of your own free will and feel jaded because you didn't like the experience. I WISH I got stuff for free every time I didn't like a product. I didn't like Curse, I didn't buy Warmind, and I'm waiting until I know more info about Forsaken. But I'm not going to tell people they can't be cool kids and preorder now. If they wanna take a chance on being ripped off, more power to them, they'll complain at a later date like they always do. But people need to stop asking for free shit as well. Life doesn't work that way. No matter how faithful you are/were. That's your own discretion. This community is amazing what with its amount of blind loyalty AND entitlement mindset. Back in my day, if you didn't like something, you didn't bitch and moan like a baby, you moved the hell right on to a better experience. THAT'S HOW YOU SEND A MESSAGE. Patiently awaiting Anthem.

We imagined the perfect game, that molds RPG and FPS elements, with beautiful graphics, new loot to discover, amazing gameplay we have come to enjoy, revolutionary storytelling, a new system for raid matchmaking. All this together promised to be nothing like before. Bungie planned to build a legacy for the future of the franchise with Destiny 2 that was to be the envy of other companies and they would be heralded by critics and fans alike. Bungie had a chance to create a perfect game, just like Star Wars could have done with Last Jedi. But wtf kind of garbage game we got instead. WTF is this shit? Alas it was not to be, and D2 became the end game Eververse, terrible 2 primary system, crippled guardians, weak exotics, scaled back the power fantasy and reduced our overall complexity in the skills trees. Lets just say it didn't turn out so well. Now Bungie aims to fix that and they begun with exotics, and still they misstep at every turn by making overpowered weapons to feed the hungry scrubs for easy kills. Sure I wish Destiny 2 could have been perfect at launch. But I have to admit that nothing ever turns out the way I want. I am happy to deal with it and still support this studio because I believe that they can redeem themselves, it will not happen overnight, but this September DLC is a step in the right direction. Sure call me a Desticle but this game is fun to play, and helps me escape from my harsh reality. I don't mind spending a little bit of money for a hobby.

this is honestly a joke, people are forgetting that this is a VIDEO GAME not life or death. you arent entitled to spend 200$ on a game, so DONT if you arent going to support it. but let the people who DO enjoy the expirience buy the experience they paid for. people will spend their money on what they want to spend their money on as long as it gives them entertainment value. if youre done with bungie then dont go babying on a forum that is ran by the developer expecting a change on the way they market their product thats just absurd.

It is going to be a small area chained together meteors probably no sparrows (to make it seem bigger). They said -blam!- it to the weapons system as a whole now you can just equip whatever meaning nothing will be fixed. 9 new supers... yay they will follow the same super path the rest do... yeah... The majority of the content seems to be the raid yeah... 6 player activity... yeah... who gives a shit... The majoirty game mode is a bastardisation of pve and pvp yeah... great... yeah... Thats it or and some bows. Then they have the audacity to ask for $35 more dollars for seasonal crap content that will equate to junk like sparrow racing crimson doubles etc with no stories or effort. You want to pay them $75 for nothing you go right on ahead my friend no one is going to stop you. Just a fair warning don't buy into the hype. Know what you are getting. Don't be blind sided.

Fool me once......... Stopped playing back in October. And although I miss it, I vowed never to come back to this game. I threw too much money at. Thing is, Destiny 3 will be exactly the same. They can not sit there and state "we're learning from our mistakes, we're trying to give the players what they want" when this franchise is now, what, 4 yeats old?

That being said i spent hundreds on D1 because they had the goodwill for it. But that goodwill isn't there in D2 and adding that plus what used to be free content in d1 like age of triumph and april update is another slap to the face of those of us who came from either halo or d1 and loved how customer and community driven they used to be. I don't see myself dishing out $35 dollars and $40 when the content is always going to be a 50/50 if its gonna be good or just dog shit. So far the raid lairs has shown me exactly what pre ordering passes do. If enough people do it, then why tf is there a need to make an awesome dlc? They can't refund it, but for forsaken then have to try so people can buy it. But i bet you if it was a pre order since vanilla d2 it wouldnt have had such a haul. I think they should innovate more instead of trying to move back to D1 with every dlc. If you left d1 only to resell it back to us in dlcs, that's -blam!-ed up but what do i care at this point, Forsaken looks promising, i will get it but for the $35 yearly updates that is something i will wait and see. By that i mean im still getting all dlc regardless since the person im game sharing always buys it anyways

2 RepliesI have to agree. I wish people would wake up and fight for what is right. Bungie has been making a fool out of us ever since the start of D2. The Taken King was good and it restored faith to D1 but D2 is just blatant and outright ripping the consumers off. Seriously, they’ve been re-hashing old content, content we already payed for and make it like it is new. They should be adding new exotics, not giving us our old ones. And now they have the audacity to sell an annual pass? Jesus. Everything that made Taken King great was taken away. Now it’s all money money money.
