Help please

I'm only getting 323 rewards from everything excluding nightfall/raid,my character is 333 so i'm getting 10 lower every time armor guns etc,is this a bug ? As it's been like this for several days now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Took me 6 weeks to get 335 on my last character. Good news is light level really doesn’t mean anything.
