It looks like to me these new raid mods take the spot of regular mods. That’s a serious issue. These should have their own equip spot next to regular mods. What happens when mods 2.0 comes? We are going to want to use regular mods in our raid gear along with the raid mods.
Other things with the new update coming. RAID LOOT SHOULD NOT BE OBTAINABLE OUTSIDE OF THE RAID. Scrap raid tokens and send Benedict to the scrap yard. Exotics don’t need to be easier to get from the raid. They’re already raining from the sky. You guys are just making the game even easier to get loot. That’s not fixing anything. Loot is already way to easy to get.

2 RepliesTo make the raid armor more enticing, it should have two mod slots. Divide the mods into tiers. Tier 1 mods (normal mods) in slot 1 and Tier 2 mods (raid mods) in slot 2. All normal armor could have either tier in the slot but only have one slot available.

Edited by CatMan: 1/26/2018 7:57:06 PMNot a bad ideas tbh. People should look at this post and see a good idea, not a player complaining. You should edit the tittle and the post to reflect the idea.

1 ReplyWe have 10 armour slots per peace, with the ability to rerole all armour now, so we can have a raid setup/ pvp/pve/. As a bit of a hoarder I see zero problems in this new setup, as I can only use 1 set up at a time and most armour is easily repurchased from vendors

Edited by ghede70: 1/26/2018 12:12:59 PMAgree on all your points. I already have every exotic weapon and all exotic armour for my main. Now collecting for possible alternates. On top of this, the ornaments for the yet to exist alternates started dropping before I began collecting the armour for them. Lately, at least one powerful engram will drop exotic for me - had two consecutive drop after completing nightfall and clan milestones as well as from the nightfall itself. The grind is not there compared to RoI/AoT D1, while our guardians are somewhat nerfed out in the world.

1 ReplyRaid gear by default should have corresponding perks. Its all an excuse to 'Add' things that should of been in the game since release.

Mentioned that in the DMG thread. They are in no position to take away to add. We get a set of armor to use ONLY in the raid. After we grind enough to get a masterworks set complete of it because of course you would have to roll the armor type first. Just sad. Back to basic D2 cool downs etc to add your raid perks. Stupid as hell.

I agree. Raid gear should only be available from inside the raid. As for the mods, they will be watered down to make little difference in the raid. Boss health will be scaled as per normal Bungie procedures. Our numbers will go up but our damage will remain the same.

8 RepliesThey are not raining from the sky. Maybe when the game first launched they were but not at all now. Exotic engrams are super rare now.
