In history, we had to watch a documentary on the Middle Age Europe, I love history, but this was horrible, at a part there was a scene about a Viking ritual called “Bloody Eagle” in short it’s where they take a live captive and cut the torso, pull out the ribs, and then pull out the lungs in a way that would look like an eagles wings when it’s out, it was absolutely horrible, I don’t know what to do

13 RepliesI witnessed my mom getting shot in the head from 10 feet away when I was 12 years old. A close family friend came over; he was going through a really depressed patch in his life and my mom just wanted to be there for him as a friend. Maybe try to get him to laugh or at least smile again. I was in my room and heard a commotion in the kitchen. Came out literally just in time to see him aiming at her head. Before I could even make a noise, that piece of shit pulled the trigger. That was a long time ago and time has helped heal much of the trauma. Words cannot even express the mix of emotions. Terror, grief, helplessness and, to be honest, a slight bit of annoyance because that fvcking nerf gun was mine and the dart bounced clean off her head and disappeared.

6 RepliesThat's not PTSD... PTSD is a very serious condition that effects the daily lives of many people including myself, and shouldn't be degraded to an 'uncomfortable feeling' you had.
Assuming thay PTSD stands for "Pretty Thick Swinging Dîck" of course.
1 ReplyNawh fam, you are what we like to call traumatised. You might have a couple nightmares but eh, eventually you'll get over it and join the Viking legion as you journey for honor, glory, and a spot in Valhalla

1 ReplyWhy don’t you test it on someone, see if it works like they said. Can’t have false advertising now can we?

1 ReplyWell that's fun.

1 ReplyThey did that on Vikings TV show too. It's crazy to think that person still alive/conscious due most of it.

1 ReplyI watched that same documentary for my class. Hm. I heard from a friend that the bloody eagle is also used in one of the SAW movies. Nasty stuff.

1 ReplyDefinitely not PTSD, you might be slightly traumatized. If it doesn’t go away I’d recommend talking to someone about it. Don’t play any shooters for a while tol
