Who else owns CoO but still hasn’t played the raid?
Legitimately cant bring myself to try the new raid, even prestige of the original. It’s just all so dull and boring compared to D1, is there anyone else in this situation?

I only beat the story, haven’t done the adventures or forge or either raid. Absolutely pointless. The gear is not worth a tenth of the effort it takes to get it. The only good thing in Curse was Masterwork weapons. Which was only made due to the backlash they got for weakening up to toddlers.

One of my friends stopped playing, the other was smart and got a refund in his first week. I can barely play this boring game for an hour straight, so currently there is zero chance of me finding a group for a raid.

Haven't done a single raid or nightfall since release. Just no interest in putting the time or effort in this time around.

Me shot i still havnt finished the first raid. Ypu know there is a problem when a D1 player with over 2500 hours .doesnt want to even finish the raids or more importantly care.

1 ReplyI made the mistake of pre-ordering d2, I haven't even logged in since a few weeks after I beat the game.

I got through most of the raid until the end. haven't bothered killing the final boss. I tried, but to me it just doesn't have that "pull" that keeps driving you to try again after wiping. I will say the raid lair has some amazing ART and skyboxes. Probably some of the best in the game. Boss design is good too on the final boss. I just knew I had nothing that I was really trying to get so I didn't bother completing. 3/4 of the raid is like the padding you got in strikes from Taken King, like, a jumping puzzle/ moving to a safe area. A full blown raid would have been a better decision. What would legitimately have been amazing is if these raid lairs were in the original raid and you could decide where you were going to go, with different sections being harder. If all this was one giant raid it would be the best raid in Destiny history. It's a shame it's separate.

Yeah same here, haven’t even tried the raid lair. Not worth the effort, rewards aren’t there and the armor is by far the worst I’ve seen

Just playing them. It's funny, they dumbed down the game to make it more inclusive, to make sure that more people would have access to the best gear and go raiding. To left no one behind due to gear requirements. Now, there's no reason left to play the game.

I played the new raid lair once and it was actually really fun. Didn’t finish, but it was fun! Not so dull like the original, but it is short. In truth, I miss the way the raids were back in D1, but the new one is similar in mechanics which makes it cool. Again, just wish it were longer. Or more loot-worthy.
