NO NEW FACTION WEAPONS. This is hilarious!
This is already up on several other post but again do not turn in tokens. Also enjoy this amazing rant lol.

1 ReplySo let’s get this straight. In D1, every DLC, factions had new weapons and gear, hell I think at the end of D1, weapons were rerolled at reset (could be wrong). Yet, in D2, they can’t even reskin other gear and turn it into “faction” gear? That’s -blam!-ed up. Talk about maximizing profits. I wonder how many people are even working on D2 atm.

3 RepliesIt doesnt matter if Bungie puts a few new weapons in the loot pool WITH STATIC ROLLS IN THE GAME THE LOOT WILL NEVER.....NEVER.......EVER......FEEL AS REWARDING AS DESTINY 1. Grinding for faction gear, IB loot, crucible loot, etc was only fun and time consuming because of grinding for god rolls. It was only satisfying because when you got a godroll you felt amazing and using the good rolled weapon felt good As long as static weapons are in the game Destiny 2 will continue sucking ass

Edit:This is not unusual behavior on bungie part. You expected "new (re-skins) weapons" to be available in the season? and "new armor"? Really guardians? ha. Edit: guardians....you take way tooooooo long to notice stuff. Next time you see that crazy guy yelling on the street corner saying the world is ending, try listening it might surprise you.

These weapons become available over the course of the season, and cannot be earned through Faction Engrams immediately. In the first Faction Rally of Season 2 (this week), there is a new Auto Rifle available as the Winner’s Offering. No new Faction Weapons are available through Faction Engrams. In the second Faction Rally of the season, the Winner’s Offering is updated to a new weapon. Additionally, the previous Winner’s offering (Auto Rifles) and an additional weapon are added to Faction Engram rewards. The final Faction Rally of the season will follow this functionality: The Winners Offering will be updated to a final weapon that has yet to be featured. Artificially extending the game. This company is so -blam!-ing lazy. They really need to visit blizzards WoW developers. They're the same company now. No reason for it not to happen. Blizzard are content masters. Bungie are trying anything to keep us staring at our screens.

As some one who had to pour countless hours last season just to get all the weapons, and still doesn't have all the armor, its almost a relief they didn't add more. But I do agree, they should have warned the community before undermining player expectations. At least there are cosmetic achievements to grind for......(meh)

As long as the player base continues to dwindle like it has already it will be the motivation bungie needs. Even the top streamers who are destiny diehards are barely touching this piece of shit game anymore.

The people running this game are 100% not fit for this job. They have learned zero from history and feedback. D2 should’ve started where D1 left off. It’s sad. On the other hand it’s really nice of them to give mentally challenged people such well paying jobs.

4 RepliesI got two dead orbit sidearms that are curse of Osiris guns. Those don't count as new? I dismantled them immediately because they are not masterworks and I have only gotten 2 MW cores so far. This is still silly. The faction guns are just reskins. And if any gun I receive from an engram (not just factions, I'm talking all destination vendors) is not a masterwork, I dismantle it immediately. Not sure what I tried to prove here. There is no good Chinese food in Montana and it's killing me.

Last faction rally, Engrams were so rewarding and all weapons were in loot pool. Now they switch up the end game cluelessly and expect people to be ok with it?? It seems like bungie is sabotaging the game purposefully. Just losing faith in them man...so disappointed.

6 RepliesI honestly believe that Bungie doesn't test their content before it's released. Prometheus Lens TTK in Crucible was clearly not checked, Three of Coins was not verified to make a noticeable difference, and now Faction Rally is missing all of its new weapons? Really? All you had to do was run the game once behind closed doors before you sent out an update and you'd see these obvious problems.
