I knew California was a bit crazy but this? It's ridiculous

Edited by Guardian7477: 1/20/2018 6:21:00 AMThis is fake news they are complaining about taxes, being governed, and education.

1 ReplySomeone add a star on the flag
-
Then they became the NCR
-
1 ReplyAs long as you feel the same way every time Texas tries to “secede”.
-
1 ReplyPart of me wants them to do this, to show them how -blam!-ed they'd be without the big coastal cities. Good luck having a good economy when your whole state is mostly shit rural counties, desert, and mountains.
-
1 ReplyEdited by lee293: 1/19/2018 6:02:54 AMSo this means that the New California Republic (NCR) is actually going to be a thing?!
-
2 Replies>Alameda county is excluded wtf I hate New California now
-
23 RepliesThe whole state needs to go. Not just part of it. There is literally nothing of value in California.
-
I feel that rural California should not have to be shackled to the cities and their elitists

Good thing I moved last August.

1 ReplyI'd love for this to happen. I'd even be willing to deal with the possible decade/s of restructuring and economic uncertainty. But in reality, it won't even come close to happening.
-
Legion or death
-
2 RepliesOne step closer to the New California Republic. One step closer to the NCR Veteran becoming reality. I don't see anything bad with this.
-
They are the ones who started up Scientology, and you’re calling them a little crazy?
-
2 RepliesJust realized I'm within the borders of New California
oh boi
-
Can New York do the same? Split upstate into its own state? We could call it New New York!
on second thought, don't let me come up with the name.
-
Finally

6 RepliesThe article says that they want to secede legally 'like West Virginia'. West Virginia didn't amicably part ways with Virginia-- they only split off after Virginia seceded from the Union. It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, a majority in both 'New' and current Californias would need to approve of this split. Chances of that are slim.

Yeah, we are nuts over here. Nobody should be holding their breath over this. It's been tried multiple times before in the past. Aint gonna happen.
-
3 Replies-New California Republic incoming? -Very possible danger of nukes dropping on the US. Conclusion: -Fallout, baby! Luckily I'm not there to experience it!
-
3 RepliesKeck?
-
3 RepliesWeird, I don't remember voting on this. Sounds like fake news.
-
1 ReplyNo....not until nyc is seperated from the state so the rest of it is not tied to the garbage city and the bs taxes.

5 RepliesSo if New California is a thing, and California is a thing... and New York is a thing, so is York a thing? Is there a 51st state no one's heard of because it's the illuminati's nuclear bunker where they store all the clones of Slim Slimy? Who knows.
