Use content to deploy more usable mods. The problem is mods right now are useless... "Slight increase to"... Fill in th blank. A slight anything isn't an incentive to farm. Static rolls worked in d1 and we called them exotics so this whole arguement against static rolls in general is misdirected. It's the mods that are supplied to supplement these static rolls that are weak and unimaginative. If #bringbackrandomrolls is what's being said, then i agree. But if you're demanding they remove the mod system all together.... I will never support a reduction in content as a wise decision flat out. My flaw.
