A modern title of which I spent $100.00 of my hard earned money has turned out to be a laughing stock. The game continues to crash, over and over, and I have received absolutely ZERO technical support. I have created numerous threads on the PC Support forums and have received ZERO advice as to what should occur to fix the solution. At this point I have little faith left in Bungie. I am left extremely disappointed, and frankly want a refund of my money. There should be no reason this game crashes and crashes and crashes, over and over, with little support coming from the freaking developer of the game. What the -blam!- is going on over there? does no one care about what's going on?

Bungie already has your money. What's the problem? They have never offered any actual support... Just buy more silver and be happy. Sincerely, Luke Smith

Everybody knows you have to buy the Tech Support Gold Package for an extra $100. You're guaranteed an unique response you havent had before, every single time!

22 RepliesYeah looked through all your previous postings, there is no way we can help you when all you are doing is literally complaining. WE NEED SPECIFICS to try to track problems down. You can't just say "I have a PC and I'm having problems!" with PC's because they are all so varied. We need a full system write up so we can figure out what is going on. That being said, I am guessing you are running Windows 10 and therefore have downloaded and installed update which pushed you to 1709. That update (Creator's Update) has a flaw in it that screws with DirectX. So this is NOT a Bungie problem but a Windows problem. It will cause a few things to occur: frame rate drops, frequent crashes or for the game to not load at all. This is due to the DirectX hook-in to the graphics card driver being unstable. If you roll back out of that update, it should fix a good chunk of your problems.

Edited by jinn0: 12/30/2017 12:00:20 PMWelcome to bungie. trash community trash game. They should port D1 over to pc

3 RepliesI feel you. I've had stuttering and FPS drop since day 1, made multiple posts on here, tweeted the devs and community managers and have gotten a heaping helping of silence. They don't care about us now that they have our money, I don't expect them to ever make the game playable. The stuttering, crashing, FPS drops and mouse issues are never going to be fixed and that's -blam!-ing pathetic for a full price AAA title.

1 ReplyJust learn your lesson as harsh as it is. Bungie has your money, so you can get to -blam!- from their point of view.

1 ReplyPlease link us to a post where you listed your specs and sent in a Dxdiag? All I can see is you complaining. I created such a ticket, and come to find out it was an older version of PercisionX that was crashing my system, and now I'm not having any more crashes

I installed on Windows 98 and runs just fine.

Sorry for the issues, Guardian. I don't really know at what frequencies the Bungie people go through these forums. You could try to contact them via their twitter support and let them nicely know what you've created some posts. For refunds, I believe Bungie can't help you with this. The Battle.net support was quite nice to me for previous refunds. And as someone said before, provide us some detail about your system specs and your issue. We'll try to get kick some ass on the EDZ then.

Maybe send a ticket to your graphics card provided. It may be an issue on their end.
