D2 SUCKS!
-
Bungie didn't pay them enough because they now no one listens to them. And i can't stand ign, they are the worst game reviewers out there. This game might not be brilliant but at least its still playable not like cod ww2 which is just a broken mess of a game, which they gave a score of 8.

2 RepliesWhat happend to "Best Shooter of 2017". Weren't IGN the guys who had early access to the game and hyped us up but now being uncreative as the community. The title says "5 reasons not to buy Curse of Osiris" but its more like "A whole reason not to buy Destiny 2". I also see a header as "Too much story, too little content." But hasn't Destiny always been story driven and its better to get into lore? I play games for story, like Fable. Fable is one of my fave games of all time and story is moved all around the place but its a story driven game, like Destiny.. except Destiny also has lewt... anyways.. back to the story. 5 - 6 hours is enough time for main story DLC. I beat D2's campaign roughly in 8, but that was non-stop playing which I am average gamer which I stand around for quotes and XP grinds during missions. Below avg. Gamers probably spend multiple days deciphering the story and play which makes the game enjoyable. I have never seen a DLC with too little content.. and I won't. Probably the shortest amount of DLC I have seen so far is Little Nightmares but that is in packages so not tooo little.. but CoO also has end of story missions like adventures and things.. This bugs me soooooo hard. At the end of the day, there's no reason to trust Bungie to deliver either. Players were promised so much story-telling that there would be complaints. Funny enough... you said the DLC had too much story.. and now your saying THAT story was not delivered? Funny, the section was named Unreliable Bungie but its Unreliable IGN Ravi Sinha, heres my middle finger.

1 ReplyRead the first complaint and stopped because who played D1 and got D2 for the thrilling super long and immersive story missions? No one
-
Community : Have we started the fire? IGN : Yes, the fire rises.
-
1 ReplyThis is from ign india. I bet they are a lot more sensitive to pricing and actually care if the game worth what they are charging! Anyway, upvote for having the guts to say what US ign afraid to say!
-
The best part of this article is you can tell he really is a big fan of Destiny but the let downs do to the lack of leadership at bungie is hard to ignore

Edited by Hun8ryGhost: 12/1/2017 3:59:13 AMGood. (Wow. I just read it and the honesty is....surprising.)
-
1 ReplyGood lord, I have never seen IGN be that critical of anything, ever. You know you F'd up when...
-
Publicity stunt/not paid off.

10 RepliesEdited by blade329: 11/30/2017 9:10:27 PMYikes. Typical Fan Boy responses will be: 1. "Relax, it's only the first DLC..." 2. "That sounds awesome. I'm taking the day off from work/school/the asylum so can play it on day one." 3. "Players need to be patient, they need time to work out the kinks." 4. "You don't like it because you are trash at the game." 5. "It's only a game, get a life" 6. "Don't be in such a rush to burn through all the content. Take your time." For the record, that is the BEST IGN article I have ever read about Destiny.

Honestly at the beginning of d2, I really thought bungie could fix the stupid mistakes they made, but I don't think that's the case. Altough I have already bought the season pass( yes I'm -blam!- ) I will continue to play and really see where the game is going, maybe bungie will change my mind, or my faith in them will continue to dwindle, until my heart seeks another , great experience of gaming.
-
Yeah, this game sucks.
-
11 RepliesAll I know is a paid for this game, and I've got more enjoyment out of it in a couple of months than some games. It's a flawless shooter that WILL improve its QoL, just chill and play something else till 5/12. We could always go back to purple decrypting to blue, and the heavy ammo shortage. This game and company have never been perfect. AND this game is better than D1 vanilla. Not as good as D1 at AoT Give it time CoOlooka awesomw

No pay no good reviews.
-
Wow, that pretty good!
-
Dang.....😮
-
Good, Bungie deserves to be crucified
-
1 ReplyIGN is stupid so that’s not saying much
-
1 ReplyIt’s funny because it’s so few and far between you see a major gaming review site telling you NOT to buy something. Damn Bungie your game is such trash. I’d quit if I worked there. I’d be so ashamed and embarrassed to tell people I’m employed by that company. The whole management team needs to be gutted. Fire them all, they don’t deserve jobs in the gaming industry.
-
Damn even IGN hates it.
-
4 RepliesThey deserve it man. When it comes to telling lies Bungie is up there with Trump and the devil.
-
1 ReplyTime to roast IGN.. I think they brought in that Journalist from Cuphead...
-
8 RepliesOuch!. Bungie tends to hold grudges for a very long time so that article was the kiss of death for IGN. It'll be the last time they'll have early access to anything related to Destiny most likely lol.
-
Damn. IGN just went savage and dropped the mic. Roll into "-blam!- this shit I'm out" video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FjWe31S_0g

IGN tho? Seriously aren’t they paid by activision?
