Warlocks need a more visual class item than a bond
Marks and cloaks add so much more fashion diversity to titans and hunters. Bonds are pretty much all the same and aren't even noticeable.

They used to be visually interesting, especially in vanilla D1, where there would be holographic bonds with cool flame/void effects. They’ve gradually been getting less visually interesting, with the decline starting even around DB. In my opinion, the visuals for the warlock bond have hit rock bottom at this point, along with the other class items

Warlocks aren't flashy though... They're reflective, emo hot awoken chicks... Imo of course

Tbh I've always though that the robe should be a class item and the chest piece under it is the chest piece.

I'd rather the warlock class sword get some love. It does nothing to stand out other then be purple... I don't see why it didn't get the memory of radegast effect to be honest.

personally i would like actual robes again like void fang vestments because that is what made warlocks look awesome to me.

At this point I don't care anymore but they should have just made various bond types, some that cover your entire arm, both arms ect. I'm so over Destiny's lack of creativity and ingenuity amongst so much else I just feel drained thinking about it.

Make it a full sleeve. Like a bracer or something

Song of the Light bond that was on fire was the one I always wore in D1. There were only a couple others I thought were worth wearing, so the problems isn't new.

10 RepliesI think they just need to jazz them up more. Bonds in D1 were sweet, loved the bonds for factions and the VOG bond was beautiful. Now they’re just a bunch of ropes tied together. It’s taking me forever to find one I really dig.

Agree. I also think the warlock gear is the worse of the 3. Bungie lacks creativity

Omnigul's bond in D1 was nice, which I mostly wore. Iron Banner flaming wolfhead also a favourite. Nothing remotely like those in this game.

2 Repliesbonds are ok, when they have effects.. these are dull as hell. the Vanguard and Crucible ones that have holograms are ugly.. the holograms don't change colors with shaders and you can [b]barely[/b] make out the design. Ikora has the best looking bond in the game and you can't get it, or anything like it. The holograms / flames / raid (VoG especially) bonds from D1 were much more creative.

Bump - warlock bonds are boring and destiny 1 had way better designs.

They should probably get everything capes, cloaks, broomsticks (for when the float around like a fairy), fireballs like wizards, permanent scortch cannons, tables, chairs, puppies. Y'all want a goldfish?
