Bungle want cash from PC players so they remove the player base numbers because the crash was real and it could hurt PC sales. Then they prelease a pr piece mentioning 'future' improvements.
And the fans lap it up like a dog being given last nights scraps whilst smiling away, oh so happy god has spoken...
It's embarrasing.

16 RepliesBungie know exactly what they are doing, after all, they take advise from psychologists. We have no real idea what they will do or not do. The TWAB was mainly vague stuff, telling us tthat they are looking at things. Well looking is not the same as doing. We also do not know how many changes will be hidden behind the pay walls of DLC. Have people forgotten what happened to the vanilla game for those individuals who did not buy the D1 DLC. It seems as though some of them have seeing the effusive thanks being thrown at Bungie. Seems as though they have also forgotten the wish list from D1 that no doubt adorns ( credit to CL for this I didn’t think of it) especially printed toilet paper in the Bungie offices. I am waiting to see what the outcome of the TWAB will be before deciding whether Bungie deserve any leeway. Having failed so miserably in D2 they have to earn back credibility in my eyes. I have read comments that you are a troll. Troll or not I respond to the ideas in a thread not anything else. I suspect that this post will be downvoted to oblivion, attracting salt by the bucket, as no one likes to think that they have been expertly played. Perhaps they haven’t and I am just a cynic but no one has any idea yet.

Tin-foil hat much?

3 RepliesDidn't you voice your opinion already? Some people enjoy playing D2, some people don't. Why does it bother you that some people enjoy playing D2?
-
1 ReplyNot sure if... Don't like what I don't like! Post or Bait. Post

1 ReplyCan we ban this guy?

You don't even play D2,go troll some other forum.
-
2 Replies*taps forehead* can't be offensive if nobody actually listens to you
-
4 RepliesWhat’s even more pathetic is trolls like you still frequenting a forum for a game you clearly hate just to pack it with the same garbage worthless post as every other knob with apparently too much time on his hands.
-
Somebody is salty. It’s ok if someone else enjoys the game. Just because you don’t like it, don’t play it, don’t enjoy it doesn’t mean everyone should think like you. Individualism is a thing and it’s ok.

1 ReplyThis is the best game ever. Full stop. Bungie will do what they said they will do.

1 ReplyUmm. Varkis get on the comms!

Now I’m glad to see you still around :) A lesson people, don’t let him trigger YOU! Let him trigger OTHERS! And then laugh at them :) But good to see you still around viper :) forgive my muting you, as I forgot why I actually did it 😂

1 ReplyI'll wait to purchase on PC until I actually see the improvements and addition of actual content.
-
4 RepliesI know, right? People sucking bungo's D everytime they announce something that should've been in the game in the first place. It's pathetic.
-
1 ReplyThere really is no defending bungie on this one. The game was delayed for a year and they still missed out most of the basic essentials that Destiny 1 had. The things they are adding into the game should have already been there on release.
-
1 ReplyIs it still okay that i liked the game?

1 ReplyIt is embarrassing. Bungie and Activision are nothing but crooks and don't give 2 shits about the fan base. Just make as much money as they can then con us some more about how they are going to fix a brand new game that shouldn't of needing fixing in the first place. They had the recipe down (or at least was heading in that direction) for destiny 1 and then they purposely release a half finished, hollowed out, shell of a game for apparent reasons to flesh out more cash from the DLC. You bungie fans crack me up. They would tell me "oh Bungie is awesome, they made Halo". Well that was almost 20 years ago. Apparently those people must have been easily amused back then. Times have changed. Bungie imo sucks bad as a developer in a couple diffrent categories.

2 RepliesYou're trying to hard dawg...

1 ReplyThe small live team has to fix the mess...again. And we all know they can only do little things. And we all know that D3 Vanilla will be a shallow and empty game with flaws as far as the brain can imagine.

6 RepliesConstructive criticism is acceptable, however, when it spills over into rabid toxicity, well, then it becomes a problem - both for the 'author' and for whom it is directed towards... It's taken a while for B to peek out from behind their usual wall of silence. They had to...things were getting beyond a joke...and Guardians' across the 'Scale of Hope' - from one extreme (hopeful) to the other (hopeless), and the majority who reside in-and-around the (moderate) mid-regions, were rightfully indignant at their (B's) lack of care, for the expressed concerns of so many unhappy Guardians. Perhaps there has been a paradigm shift of attitude within B's and AV's inner sanctum? QED Or, maybe, it's all smoke and mirrors, as in D1, as you (OP) infer? QED For this weary (Senior) Guardian, I am pleased that they (B) have taken this small, though significant step, to positively engage with this Community. I, for one, am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt...for, by their fruits shall we know them! Perhaps a spoon of honey rather than a pinch of salt might be worthy of a sensible Guardian's consideration, at least until we see what happens next?! As a Senior (60yrs almost) Guardian, I was around when the mere sound of Vex or Suros - meant one was kaput! Never mind the green tissue-wrap armour, and weapons that fired popcorn and party streamers, but still, one grinded 🤕 to rank 5 x3 in IB. Etc....etc... FWIW: I love this Destiny game, though I grimace at what they've done to it...and to this Community. Let's hope that this little step of B's, is a step in the right direction; and, from the positive comments across many threads, it seems that the Community hopes so, too! Give peace a chance...Rome wasn't built in a day! Cheers! 👍

1 ReplyYe lol Those fanboys are like teenage girls drooling over some good looking, woman beating, cheating, scumbag. They'll just keep coming back for more lol

6 RepliesNot I. I uninstalled destiny 2 and went to destiny 1 again... I sadly deleted all my gear because I thought "no way I'll leave destiny 2!" Oh man how I was wrong. Personally, destiny 1 feels like a more complete game than destiny 2 did...
