Just log in to D1 and play there, it's more fun anyway.

my team got the mercy rule on a team saturday night in supremacy. i won several one on one gunfights last night playing trials. 6v6 won't change anything. aside from more potential lag. but i would like to see choose-able game modes again.

I played some D1 yesterday. That crucible may have been much less balanced, but it's so much more diverse and well, fun. 6v6, private games, Rumble, and all the other fun gamemodes need to come back.

I've jumped on the last few days ... Join a match Witness the human centipede team shooting everything Leave match Quit d2 altogether I may try a few matches, but almost every one's the same. 3-4 fireteams against full randoms. Pvp is far from fun anymore and I'm probably going to sell the game and not play for a couple dlc (yes, a couple).

Personally I think that the guns should be a little more diverse in their killing speed and abilities, and the maps should be bigger.

This - In the beginning, Destiny billed was sold as a more "open world" that would keep getting added on to over time - in an ever expanding game - not stopped down in segments cutting out content like D1 vs D2. I agreed PVP is essential to keep the game filled with people but we were sold on a much richer PVE experience and also not a game catering to PVP. ie - this new weapon layout. where is that in the story - why is this a thing now storywise? D2 is great and I enjoy it, for playing with my clan and friends I made over the years. But we lost 4 raids, over a dozen strikes, and 6 playable areas (the cosmodrome, plaguelands, mars, venus, the moon, dreanaught, etc) . 4 social spaces and at least a dozen reusable crucible maps. Custom matches ? where people CAN do 6v6 ? and shoot the heck out of friends. Why NOT?? you have it there Bungie. Turn it on. Is there any story reason we didn't rally at the iron temple ? we even have a Vostok crucible map and I can SEE the temple over there ya know. Let's not get into that fact that there were vaults there, I agree with a fresh restart. But you cant take all that away and pretend that those places don't exist. Why didn't we reach out the reef ? We helped them in House of Wolves, that was THEIR mess. Now this happens and we hear nothing from the reef. except rumors about Uldren and Variks plotting with house Kings; only in scannable snippets. Will we ever go back to the Vault of Glass ? or any other D1 Raid? What was the point of bringing them up to the level of the END of D1 if you didn't intend to ever do anything with them again ? We have 2 DLC on the way - and I hope holiday stuff like festival of the lost or even SRL. But let's not pretend that those places and things are gone. Being around since the D1 beta - I know this is the "vanilla" of D2 - and things will be more fleshed out as time goes on. But there was no need to have cut out some things. If this is so PVE focused.... There put back the crucible maps you took out and the Custom games to let people PLAY.

They'll probably give all that to us in the next two DLC's

So many ppl shit on d1 and even bungie knew they had a problem I'm sure. Obviously they changed everything in d1 from what it should have been. Then they had to do it again for d2, and stack story and world development on top of that. I like the game, they just need to find a grind and quickly. Also fix xp for strikes and there rewards.
