I watched a few first timers streaming Destiny on PC and absolutely loved their genuine reactions to the gun play, environment, AND supers! Reminded me exactly how I felt in Yr 1 when I first played the game😁

Join a clan and make friends with as many guardians as you possibly can. Destiny is better with friends. I've made friends with quite a few guardians because of this game and we have played together for the last 3 years. Whether it's on destiny or other games. Make sure you kick Gary square in the nuts for taking our light and destroying our homes. He's messed with the wrong planet.....

destiny is a game that is completed, and then has huge chunks taken out so that it can be sold back to you as dlc, thats it, Anyone says or thinks anything different is a moron.

I mean no disrespect to you, but ignorance truly is bliss. I have to admit, I envy your station; but at the same time, with what I know about Destiny/Bungie now, I also feel sorry for you. The excitement and wonder I felt, when I started Destiny back in November 2014, was great; but then reality set in, and now that's all long since faded away.

Sorry dude, this isn't the place for praising Destiny. Everyone on these forums are sad salty farts who think they got ripped off somehow lol. Destiny Reddit is the place to go. Glad to see you're enjoying the game though.

It's honestly a well liked game despite all the people spitting on it. So many people play destiny even though it's "trash" to many of the people who plague this forum, but then if the game is trash...why is it so popular? Because it's NOT trash, it's a solid game, maybe not the best but from the number of people who play it you can easily see, despite how much bungie screwed up in the beginning, kept an insanely large player base. I know there are many better games out there that have died quicker than destiny and it's always puzzled me as to why that is. Maybe people like the gameplay, maybe they like the kind of unique enemies, maybe they like everything about the game, who knows. And destiny 2 will be where they keep some of the promises they made for destiny 1. I am honestly excited for the game because I know what I'm getting now, it's not just mumbo jumbo from hype trailers, and that's what makes me happy. Destiny 2, despite making changes to many of the things people loved about destiny 1, will still have it's haters coming back to try it AT LEAST. But it's not just the gameplay that keeps people attached to this game, it's the REAL community (not this forum shit fest) that keeps the game alive. This game might not ever be as great as WoW in terms of an MMO, but it certainly won't go down as the worst ever made. I have hopes that destiny 2 will finally give me a stable experience, not one where I have to spend days/weeks/months to FINALLY get the weapon I want, or spend over excessive amounts of time lagging all over the place in crucible, or having every single gun I love be flushed down the toilet by blanket nerfs. I am ready for a more simple but memory building destiny, I am ready to have another game to play that's not a crappy copy and paste of older games. Most importantly, I am ready for new raids and t-bagging fags to stomp

Don't get me wrong, I love Destiny and I think it's one of the best games ever, but Star Wars makes Destiny look like a depressed piece of trash. I am obviously a Star Wars mega fan. [spoiler]Prequels excluded... Obviously[/spoiler]
