Petition to revert D1 crucible back to year 1 when D2 comes out
When D2 comes out D1 crucible should changed back to the way it was in year 1. Guarantee people would play the old school experience.
-Thorn
-Hawkmoon
-Shot package
-Two tap pulse rifles
-Pre nerf snipers
-No special ammo limitations
Etc, etc
Bring it back. D2 will be the platform for a balanced competitive experience. Make D1 that filthy arena of destruction I fell in love with long ago.
Note: I am buying D2 but would def play this still.

3 RepliesBungie have already said there will be no more patches or updates to D1 except essential bug fixes. That means no more weapon changes. This is what it will be like until the servers are shut down.

3 RepliesWhen during Year 1? Year 1 includes everything from launch day to just before the Taken King's release, and there have been plenty of sandbox changes made to the game at various points throughout that period.

They should just write a script that randomly nerfs and buffs a ton of stuff that is run every week. That way no one has any clue what the meta is and by the time they figure it out the week is over and it all changes.

Not happening. As of March 2017, D1 received it's last ever ever update. Bungie has constantly stated that D1 will never be updated apart from for game breaking bugs.
