Destiny 2 Beta Extended through Tuesday 7/25
The Destiny 2 Open Beta has been extended through Tuesday 7/25 for additional service testing. Expected completion is 6 PM PDT.
Expect service interruptions during more strenuous testing. Download the D2 Beta today before 5 PM Pacific to participate.
We will be doing a lot of testing during the extension like:
- What if we flip this switch?
- What if we unplug this cable that's labeled "Don't unplug this for any reason"?
- What happens if we spill a blue slushie on this important looking thing?
So things might get a little weird. Thanks!

Once again Shaxx can't keep his pie hole shut. Still always getting kicked out of the menu. Small stupid environment stuff impedes movement. And lag.

2 RepliesIts time to separate the salty community into PVP and PVE STICK with the OLD system in PVE so ITS NOT so boring and you feel powerfull like in D1, being ABLE to do lots of DAMAGE on bosses in D1 was one of the REASONS people liked PLAYING the same strikes and RAIDS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! In PVP you only have to adjust the recharge rates and buff the GRENADES a bit, i LOVE the PVP in the beta, but i think you guys should add game modes with 6v6 for the casual PLAYERS that aren't into the COMPETETIVE style you guys have MADE! And PLZ don't make trials 4v4 IT will F EVERYTHING UP! THE WORLDS you guys have build in D2 and the things you have showed look AMAZING, but graphics and scenery are only going to be appreciated if THE GAMEPLAY is on point!

3 RepliesLook all I see is people complaining for no reason at all bungie could sit down and listen to all your guys/girls though and make the game just like u would like and guess what you guys/girls will still find something to complain about and about half of the people that arr complaining you will find playing at lunch or after.

1 ReplyI'm shure the beta was fun for you guys who didn't get throwned out by the game after about 2 minutes of playing! After 5 times of rebooting My console I just gave up! The lack of reliability made me Lost all hope for D2 and Bungie!!!

Nice great stuff! After playing ever since the.l Beta for Destiny 1 I honestly love the work you guys have put in towards D2 even thought he Beta is a old state compared to the fixes you guys have already made in extremely looking forward to get another great game by you guys!

Essentially, Last Word (I know bit that's as far as I'm going) style of hipfire. Mainly because it's so short that it would be perfect. For some reason, the Hunter feels sluggish. Movement is maxed and everything. Maybe a bug, but it doesn't feel that way. And it's only the Hunter. ~ Flipside: Warlock & Titan feels just so [b][i]right[/i][/b]. [b][i]The ugly:[/i][/b] (bugs): Corpse Cabal spinning thru walls, ceilings, and floors. Nova bomb is so slow (I realize that's what it is now but) it seems kinda pointless to use

Im enjoying the beta! Some minor flaws. Feels like some shots in pvp just aren't connecting that should be. Melee is to weak. On a positive note. Actually having a gunfight is really nice for a change.

1 ReplyI hated Destiny 1 pvp, despised it. And when content was new, I loved pve. I also do not like that pvp nerfs meant pve got nerfed. I still don't like that it will and that is still my biggest reason for not buying D2 However, I will say this; I actually liked pvp a lot more in D2 beta but did not like it in pve. I agree with the numerous posts. I feel weak, the abilities when they do come feel weak. I do not feel like a guardian meant to save the world and a powerful "titan/warlock/hunter". I played the first day xbox got it to play and that was it. Finally decided on Sunday an hour before it was supposed to end to play but I chose pvp, not pve. 0 desire to do that strike again.

Thanks![/quote] Sorry but if they keep PVP to 4v4 I will stick to just finishing the PVE stories/missions and then find another game to play AND still play Destiny 1 PVP ...

12 RepliesThis is a demo not a bata in a bata you test full functionality but in this you get limited game play and no growth. I am seriously thinking about canceling my preorder after playing demo was not impressed and was expecting a true bata but leave it to Destiny to leave you hanging again.
