Wheelchairs have existed for centuries and you still have arms and hands for lifting and picking stuff up. Robotic arms are rather expensive and have been in practice for how long exactly? Point is, I'd rather lose my legs than my arms.

Your arms are connected to your hands which to very complex things. Losing that would suck, I would rather lose my legs.

Legs. No way I could go without arms and hands especially. I'd be modifying and building all make of craft to cart myself around in. Would be a bummer, but would make the most out of it.

Legs, as I have never skipped leg day and I can beat my meat a lot faster and harder with my feet. I can also carry nearly any object with one foot.
